When that partnership unfortunately came to an end, he was left with a vehicle that no longer had a defined purpose. Rather than allowing the asset to sit idle, Sbusiso identified an opportunity to solve a growing need within his network.
What started as helping friends and family with collections, deliveries, and small relocations quickly revealed a gap in the market for reliable, customer-focused moving services. Through word-of-mouth referrals and a simple advertisement offering moving assistance, demand began to grow rapidly. The positive response from clients laid the foundation for what would eventually become Smart Mover.
