Smart Mover moved us to Boskruin from Midstream.

From the first moment I started with arrangements for the move things went smoothly.

Preparing the inventory to determine the quote for a move over two days, and how many trucks, trailers and trips it would take was a simple process.

The team arrived as arranged.

We worked till late each of two days to prepare our furniture, boxes and pot plants for the move.

We hadn't packed about 3% and the team accommodated us in ingenious ways to assist with the last minute packing.

Towards the end of each day the men, though tired, persevered.

The way Smart Mover prepares and packs is an interesting experience.

Though thing went smoothly, it could have gone even smoother had the logistics kept up with their process.

Thank you to Levert, and his teams.

About Smart Mover

At Smart Mover, we believe that moving is more than simply transporting possessions from one location to another; it is about transitioning lives, businesses and valuable assets with care, efficiency and professionalism.

Our story began with an unexpected turn of events. Founder Sbusiso Nkala initially purchased a mini truck as part of an investment into a bakery venture. When that partnership unfortunately came to an end, he was left with a vehicle that no longer had a defined purpose. Rather than allowing the asset to sit idle, Sbusiso identified an opportunity to solve a growing need within his network.

What started as helping friends and family with collections, deliveries, and small relocations quickly revealed a gap in the market for reliable, customer-focused moving services. Through word-of-mouth referrals and a simple advertisement offering moving assistance, demand began to grow rapidly. The positive response from clients laid the foundation for what would eventually become Smart Mover.

Today, Smart Mover has evolved into a respected and trusted moving company with a strong presence in the South African relocation and logistics market. We proudly serve a diverse client base ranging from private households and small businesses to corporate professionals, executives, and high-profile personalities who require discretion, reliability, and exceptional service standards.

Our success is built on a commitment to delivering a seamless, stress-free moving experience through our comprehensive turnkey relocation solutions. We understand that every move is unique, which is why we offer a complete end-to-end service designed to simplify the entire process.

Our services include:

• Professional household and office relocations

• Furniture dismantling and reassembly

• Expert packing and protective wrapping

• Boxing and inventory management

• Labelling and move coordination

• Local collections and deliveries

• Loading and offloading services

• Post-move cleaning solutions

By combining operational excellence, attention to detail, and customer-centric service delivery, Smart Mover ensures that every item entrusted to us arrives safely, securely, and on schedule.

As we continue to grow, our mission remains unchanged: to provide dependable, efficient, and professional moving solutions that give our clients complete peace of mind. Whether you are relocating a home, moving an office, or require specialised logistics support, Smart Mover is your trusted partner every step of the way.
